By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

We may update these terms at any time by publishing changes to this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is powered by WordPress and WooCommerce, providing us with the platform to sell custom photo magnets and related services.

2. Products and Orders

  • All products are custom-made, based on images uploaded by you, the customer.
  • By submitting an order, you confirm you have the legal right to use the uploaded content.
  • Orders are final once payment is completed. No changes or cancellations can be made afterward.

3. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT if applicable.
  • We accept secure payments via SumUp, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Full payment is required before we begin production.

4. Production and Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Shipping times vary depending on location and courier.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays outside our control (e.g. courier, weather, customs).

5. Refund & Returns Policy

Because all of our magnets are made-to-order and personalized, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at magnetismie@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. If more than 15 days have passed after confirmation, contact us.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery — but this does not apply to custom or personalized items (as per EU consumer law).

6. Use of Uploaded Images

  • We only use your uploaded photos to produce your order.
  • We do not store or share your images for any other purpose.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the images do not violate any copyright or contain offensive material.

7. Limitation of Liability

Magnetism.ie shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.
